If you are a Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Participant:

With Resident Portal you can:

  • Complete their Annual Recertification
  • Report Unforeseen Changes 
  • Update phone numbers, email addresses
  • Contact a Caseworker 
  • Upload supporting documentation

  • To register, you'll need access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device with Internet. 
  • An Email address
  • Click REGISTER to begin using the portal in a few quick steps.
